The ASL2 couples retreat clarifies, deepens, and expands on the first Art and Science of Love retreat. In this advanced two-day retreat we will work on--
- friendship and intimacy that goes beyond card decks and reaches deeper into the attachment emotions and needs each partner has in the relationship.
- emotional, psychological, and physical intimacy based on attunement skills.
- communication skills for difficult gridlocked conversations that produces healing connection
- finding compromises and solutions that honors both partners' core needs.
- repair and recovery skills when disconnection, betrayal, or mistrust has entered the relationship.
- new structured exercises that celebrate what is positive in the relationship as well as help the two of you understand and dig deeper on the challenges and barriers to intimacy.
There is no group work or public disclosure, you will work on the exercises on their own.
Come to deepen your connection and leave with a better understanding of each of your needs and dreams as intimate partners, and the skills to build a flourishing relationship.
